We are responsible for the strategic management of assets. We craft leasing strategies, including the tenant mix, marketing strategies, investment strategies on acquisitions, disposals and redevelopment functions. We also manage the property managers who deliver all required services at each asset.

We currently manage 7 shopping malls and 1 office building in Mauritius, maintaining a close and fruitful collaboration with over 400 tenants. Most of these properties are owned by Ascencia, a sister company which is the largest property fund listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
