Marine Biotechnology Products Ltd belongs to the group IBL Ltd, which is the largest conglomerates in Mauritius. It is a state-of-the-art factory producing marine ingredients such as fishmeal, fish soluble and fish oil which was commissioned in 2006.These marine ingredients are derived mainly from the tuna by-products coming from EU approved tuna canning factories. We are currently sourcing 250T of by-products and producing 75T of fishmeal per day. MBP produces around 14,000 Tons of fishmeal per year and 1,300 tons of crude and cold extracted fish oil per year.
