Patrick, a law and business graduate from Reims and Lille, began his career in SMEs before joining L’Oréal. Passionate about workplace well-being, he joined Great Place To Work® France in 2007, serving as CEO (2009–2019) and later President. Since 2016, he’s also President and shareholder of Great Place To Work® Mauritius. He enjoys running and football.
