A graduate of the Faculty of Law of Reims and holder of an MBA from Reims Management School as well as a DEA in marketing from the University of Lille, Patrick worked in various SMEs before joining L’Oréal.
From the start of his career, he was interested in the quality of life at work and ended up joining Great Place To Work® France in 2007, where he was CEO from 2009 to 2019 before becoming its President.
He is also President and shareolder of Great Place To Work® Mauritius since 2016.
Beyond his motivation to discover and reveal the companies where it is good to work in France (according to him many more than one thinks), Patrick is a big fan of running and football!
